Something not right with your order? No problem! Let us know, and we’ll get it sorted out for you.

You have 14 days from the date you received your item(s) to return it to us. Petaloom does not offer exchanges, only refunds or gift cards.

The item(s) must be unworn, free from stains and signs of wear. All labels must still be attached to return the goods. All items are thoroughly inspected before any refund is made.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery, including accidental damage or improper use of tools during adjustments. If it is determined that damage occurred after delivery, the item will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
